If your order has not arrived during the delivery slot, please can you reach out to us on our contact page and please can you include your order number.
You can view our return policy by clicking onto here. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at present.
We will issue your refund as soon as your items are received back into our warehouse. Please allow up to 21 days after returning your item to receive your refund. We'll send you an email once your refund has been processed. Canceling a order refund will take up to 10 working days to be completed.
We no longer include delivery notes in our parcels. You can easily book your return online using your order number and email address or postcode. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email or in your Account.
Depending on the local warehouse stock levels, custom charges may apply. We are working to resolve this going forward
